Overall BIM Coordination

We coordinate the BIM models on an interdisciplinary basis, carry out clash detection and set up Common Data Environment (CDE) systems to ensure efficient and error-free collaboration. We also organize, lead and moderate coordination meetings (ICE sessions) in order to promote the exchange of information between the parties involved and identify problems at an early stage. We take responsibility for the overall model and ensure that all models are continuously updated and coordinated with each other to enable smooth project execution

Project management and coordination

Complex projects require precise scheduling and a clearly structured process. We monitor all deadlines, manage the planning team and coordinate all relevant interfaces to ensure that all project phases mesh smoothly. Creation of digital data models (BIM modeling)

Together with clients, architects, civil engineers, building services planners and experts, we design and optimize digital buildings. We provide the information required to efficiently coordinate planning, construction and operational processes and promote collaboration between all parties involved. With our expertise in industry tools such as Revit, Revizto and Navisworks, we ensure precise modeling, effective collaboration and smooth project execution. This ensures that all relevant data is consistent and up-to-date to maximize the implementation and long-term efficiency of the project.
