Daniel Traxl is responsible for the strategic direction of BIM Tech Consulting and leads major projects across the DACH region. With a technical background in building & building-services planning, a Master's degree in Global BIM Management, and over 16 years of experience in industrial projects, from CAD planning to BIM management, he creates the foundation for efficient and transparent project workflows.
Munah Ahmed is a qualified surveying engineer and also holds a Master's degree in Global BIM Management. With over 20 years of experience, he drives the technological development of BIM Tech Consulting, ensuring our tools and processes stay at the cutting edge. As co-owner, he also plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction.
Philip Lötzsch is a qualified draftsman (EFZ). His focus lies in BIM modeling and coordination in Revit across all trades, as well as creating Revit families, project templates, and Dynamo scripts. He ensures smooth alignment between all project stakeholders and, as Junior Project Lead, is taking on growing responsibility while bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
Oussama Jerbi trained as an architect and is now pursuing an MSc in Virtual Design and Construction. He works hands-on with our project teams in VDC, bridging academic rigour with day-to-day project delivery. His structured approach contributes to precise project workflows.
Arlo Jake Lagmay brings around a decade of experience in complex life sciences projects and a background as an architect. With his focus on clear processes and targeted communication, he strengthens our team in leading and coordinating demanding construction projects.

Clash reports, status updates and model reviews are not checkbox exercises, they are the primary communication channel between all planning parties.
We check models against defined rules, document deviations and ensure that handovers, whether to facility management or to the client, are dependable.
