4D sequencing & phased delivery
Link the coordinated model to the programme, simulate construction sequences before site work begins and plan phased delivery around live operations.
A programme on paper cannot show whether a construction phase works spatially. Only when the coordinated model is linked to the construction programme (4D) does it become visible where trades get in each other's way, where installation and logistics space is missing and which sequence is genuinely buildable. On existing facilities that keep operating through construction (the reality of many pharmaceutical and industrial projects), phasing determines whether production and qualified areas stay protected. Tie-ins and shutdown windows are planned together with the operator instead of improvised on site. The result: fewer programme surprises and a schedule every party can trust.
